Newbie

Just wanted to take the moment to introduce myself to the community. Im trying to lose 13 pounds. After trying to save money from an expensive gym membership [I live in a VERY small town so the only gyms around are way over priced] I decided to do the whole "work out at home" thing. Come to find out that, that is one of the hardest things to do. So I got this app to assist in curving my appetite, and keep me engaged, and on track. Eating right for me has to be about the hardest, only because I loooveee my chocolate. I can do without pretty much anything else except chocolate!
So any helpful tips, advice, or words of encouragement greatly appreciated, thank you! <3

curbing appetite will require a bit of experimentation with meal frequency, portion size, macro breakdown etc. It's a personal thing - I like eating most of my calories later in the day, eat bigger meals less frequently as opposed to lots of small meals or snacks, lots of protein, a decent amount of foods and lots of volume from non-starchy vegies.

I also love dessert, so fit that in every day! Being successful doesn't mean depriving yourself of all the things you enjoy. Work out how you can make them fit!
