first weeks are rough. don't give up if you don't see weight loss or any initial change to the body. sometimes it can take weeks. My problem is I drink so much water my weight fluctuations are huge. So i try to track once a day on my app to keep a trend line (weight loss diary app), once a week here for y'all, but really only care about the month to month results.0
