In MFP Android app, under "Apps & Devices" I click on the "Health Connect" icon and it pops up but only a "Manage" button. Shouldn't there be a "disconnect" button? Clicking manage sends me out of the app over to Google Health Connect. (Google Health Connect - Disconnect button missing when viewing Health Connect in Apps &…

Yes, me too. I use the Android app 99% of the time. There is no "Shift" key.

I wanted to start logging my food again, and found a really good app elsewhere. Ya'll got me on Strava and it's pretty social. My fitness watch doesn't sync to MFP Now there are new hoops with this change in text editing. I'm feeling a pull to step off of MFP. 99% of the reason I open this app is to read this thread.

Thanks for the race report. Everyone on this thread should meet up there and do this beautiful race with you next year. ;) 2:14 for a clunky hip hurting race sound like you are fit

@tarun_yadavA She Friended me, then after a week started interacting. There is strong bot energy. The text she writes is nearly completely generic, and I get a ChatGPT vibe. She did nothing wrong, but as you wrote, why is a women seemingly in her 20s privately reaching out to me (and you) and engaging in banal…

In looking to find one that works, Fitnotes seemed to be the most popular and maybe the oldest. It was on my list to try, but after Fitbod and Alpha Progression, this one I found really works with my gear. I love that I can use it on my watch and the watch interface is straightforward and simple.

Probably best to use an app that already does that well. Strava?

Here's what they wrote about the product (I have no affiliation with them). —- Hey everyone! I’m going to continue the yearly tradition and post a recap highlighting our work at Hevy this year! Thank you infinitely for your support this year 🙏 Thanks to YOU, the community, we grew to 5M users and even won the Product Hunt…

@tinkerbellang83 Hello, Fundamentally yours is a great question, an option for me is to just start today. Go. For me yoga has been a very dear and big part of my life. My thinking is split into two parts. One is an allegiance and commitment to a yoga studio and a teacher and cultivating that consistency and relationship as…

That mystery food "home riced cauliflower" really helped you hit your numbers.

Good, welcome back. I liked Coach Greg, didn't like Coach Jeff, and then tried coach Amy too. Exact same order. She was good. If I ever get fit again I'd go back to Coach Greg, his all seemed a little more high octane and faster challenges.

@Nova Bookmarks in Groups is still broken, in both a Windows web browser and in the app (android)
-
Good for you, way to stick with it!
-
Bookmark error is only in "Groups" (since nobody uses groups it really isn't an issue) ;) Bookmarks do work for me in community discussions.
-
Me too "closer to running for real."
-
Please the the <CR> being single space too.
-
Lower left corner, it happens both adding or removing a bookmark. Windows web browser and android app.

I tried. I sent it to durden. Send me a private message and I can respond to you with the screenshot

Bookmarks are broken. Default needs to be single space. This is now double space.

March total: 2/28 miles 3/1: 1.0 mile (treadmill) 3/3: 1.0 mile It's been quite awhile since running. I'm happy I got out, and I have a long ways to get to start getting some running fitness.

My Fitbit username is chris-in-cal If you are over on the Fitbit app. * "You" tab * "Friends" icon under community * click the round "+" icon * Under Friend Finder click "Username" * type in chris-in-cal Then you should be able to add. Fitbit sure doesn't want to make adding friends easy, that's for sure.

March Running Goal: 28 miles 12.4 lbs.weight loss (231.1 lbs -> 218.6 lbs) I'm Chris; I live in San Diego, California. I'm keeping the same goal as last month as I ease back into running. Due to injury I bounced off of running in Feb, but I feel pretty good, so we'll see how it goes. I'm enjoying learning about strength…

Brutal month for us. The February Injured Reserves list. I feel nearly whole. I'm looking forward to a healthy March for me, and all of us runners here.

It's impressive the care you are using in making your plan. A question though, I'm reading about fatigue and an unwillingness to reduce milage or running days. Is their a bright flag there somewhere?
