@mram3582 I tend to start butchering Thanksgiving on the Monday before. It starts off with no reason to exercise this week because I won't exercise Thursday and then I might as well consume as many calories as possible starting Monday since I'll be eating heavy Thursday! I will do better this year :)

Well my sons birthday party day off turned into a week of no exercise and slacking on tracking calories. Not too much damage I hope (tomorrow is weigh day). Im ready to get back on track and apologize to the team for not contributing. I really felt tired all last week and Im sure it was because I did not exercise!

@mram3582 I'm worried it might be due to the stomach flu I had Monday. My weigh day is Tuesday so I may have been a little dehydrated! But thank you for noticing and I'm sure when I weigh next time I'll be humming that tune in my head 😊 My free food would be guacamole!!
