I'm right there with you right now! I'm trying to drink tons of water and get all the sodium out of my system so that I can find out how much of this gain is real. The day after Thanksgiving was a +8lbs. gain and I have been eating massive amounts of sodium for the past week. Now, I am trying to mitigate the damage. Keep up with you water goal and you might find out it wasn't a total real gain. Good job on no pie too. I was lucky and had 2 guys to help get rid of all the food/sweets. (I still had my fair share too)
@mram3582 Thanks for the support. I'm really hoping it's mostly sodium too.🤞Today, I lugged most of the sweets to school and shoved them in the staff lounge and then refused to go near that room. 2 staff members called me the devil. It's called self preservation and the cake goes tomorrow!1 -

Last Week ... 191.0lbs
This week.... 190lbs. I just cannot believe it .I weighed and reweighed. This is the 1st time that I have ever lost weight after Thanksgiving. I am hoping to get out of the 90's by the end of the year.

Cal Under Exercise. This morning I went to the mall too early thinking that it had early opening hours ,so instead of sitting around and waiting for the stores to open I joined the mall-walking group and completed my 45 mins exercise for today.Talk about killing 2 birds with one stone.1 -
