This is inspiring, heartening, and great!! At 5’3 (used to be a towering 5’4!) I was both thrilled and embarrassed to re-enter the 150’s. My next goal is absolutely the 40’s. Eventually the 30’s. I sincerely hope there might be high 20’s out there for me. Excellent work!

I’ve been doing it for about six weeks and it was not an easy start! I gained six pounds and have, thankfully, lost them, but the initial gain freaked me out and kind of made me mad.
