I am 3lbs away from being out of the "Obese" section on the BMI chart. Never thought I'd be so happy to be "Overweight"14

I didn't reach my mini-goal of weight lost before a family vacation. I did bring my food scale but only used it one day. I drove three days as family members don't like to fly, and I drove three days back. I did over eat, I did walk everyday and because I was sitting driving I gained a few pounds. (all within normal fluctuations) I would like to get back on course and reach my 40lbs lost mark by the end of the month.10

It’s not just a number, at that range I’ll be at a good weight for my height (5’2.5 and average build). Never thought I’d get anywhere close to an “ideal” weight, but here we are. lol.
It will prob take until the end of the year, but however long it takes is fine with me at this point.
Excellent work!6 -

You will!! It’s such a good program— eventually got me to a half marathon. Great goal!1 -
I am focusing right now on getting back to the weight I was at when I first got this app, which is about 12 lbs away. It feels so far away though.5

Just accomplished my first mini goal of Finally breaking through 20 lbs lost. Now I want to be under 205 and then Onederland! 2 more pounds and only 7 lbs to go for ONEderland! Hopefully in 4 weeks!
Just got 204.9 this morning. I think I will bounce up a little, but that was good to see! So close to ONEderland! Maybe by the end of the month!7 -
Don't know if this counts as mini.
Note that I achieved the 16km swim goal, setting the next mark to 17.6km
Physical goal, having the six pack from all the swimming not be covered by a down quilt.4 -
I finally broke into the merely "overweight" category... now I want to drop below 170. (So weird, my fingers still want to put a 2 in front of that - and it's been over a year since I hit Onderland.) 3 pounds to go.25

I found a sheath dress online (at one of my regular stores) that I’ve been lusting after. It’s gorgeous. I just ordered it in a size 10. My mini goal is for it to fit WELL when it arrives. I’ve been in between sizes and I would like to be solidly in a size 10.13

Just accomplished my first mini goal, as I am no longer obese but overweight. I currently weight 81,8kg (180.3lbs) and hope to be under 77kg. (169.7lbs) by January first, just under a pound per week. I know is nothing to drastic, but I like setting realistic and achievable goals.11

I’m 225 and a size 18, I would like to get back down to 135 and a size 6/8 in the next year7
-
I've been fluctuating/maintaining for about 6 months now. Mini-goal is simply to get the scale moving again (er, preferably downward), no matter how slowly.7
-
I just hit my first weight/bf goal of 190/25%... next up: 185/23%!5
-
I just got into the 200's... i'm at 299.8.. that was my first goal... next goal is 279... cause then i'd have less than 100 lbs to lose... goal weight is 18025

I had to use a seat belt extender. That flight was American, the year prior we flew Southwest, and I needed an extender then as well, but was too embarrassed to ask. I could get it clipped together, but if I breathed too hard, it popped, so I took small breaths when it needed to be on.
I don't know what airline we'll be flying, but my goal is to keep on my 1 pound a week loss, be down 8 pounds from that weight that needed an extender. I don't know if I'll still need one, but at least I'll know I wasn't as heavy as the last time I flew.
An Update: I have lost 32 pounds now, I'm below that weight I last flew at, and a little more. I'm below the weight I lied about on my driver's license. I have a dress to conquer for this vacation trip, I may have hit that goal already, I haven't tried it on yet to tell. I am officially in the next size down in pants. I know we'll be flying Southwest, so we'll see about the seat belts. I don't know what weight I was when we flew them last. 2 more weeks til vacation!27 -
2 that I'm close to.
Hitting 20 Lbs gone. I'm less then 4 pounds away.
And there is a bike route I have been doing with some pretty steep climbs. Last time I only had to get off and push my bike up hill one time. Unlike the 3 I had to do before. My goal this week is to ride it with no getting off.10 -

Great update! I hope your vacation is awesome!4 -
I hit the 17.6km swim goal on Saturday.
6:25:37. A little bit faster than the 6.5 hours I expected.
Next goal? 20km. I just can't tell my wife. She got mad when i told her about the 17.6km. She doesn't want me having a heart attack while I'm over 7000 mile away.
I guess I'll have to do that one at my home YMCA.7 -
Three that I'm working towards although one is a slight long shot.
1. 40 pounds lost, which I'm at 36 right now hoping to get this one by mid October.
2. Under 100 pounds left to lose. Right now I'm at 112.2 to lose. I'm trying to get this one by Thanksgiving.
3. At my gym they are planning on doing a Krav Maga belt test in late October/early November. I'm hoping to be asked to test but it's a long shot. Either way, I'm working on my endurance, technique, and aggression.9 -
170's and overweight BMI class!!! I may hit both of those tomorrow!! EEEK!!!17
-
I'm working on making it to Onederland. I have about 9 pounds to go but its TOM so my weight has not been going down this week but hoping once that passes to have a whoosh and get closer. We are starting fertility treatments this month so I am just working on losing as much as I can before getting pregnant to make pregnancy easier.11

My mini goal is to show a loss of 3lbs this week. I have been losing a steady 3 for a couple of weeks now. Feels good to be back in the game and not fighting myself!5
-
my mini goal is to get to 165 before October 1st - 2lbs to go6
-
My mini-goal is to get into the 150s by the end of October. I’m seeing my mom for the first time since I really started focusing on my weight loss and I’m hoping to surprise her some with some actually noticeable results! I have about 6.5 lbs to go! Totally do-able if I stay on track.
Second mini-goal is 152.5 (my half-way point) by the end of the year.12 -
Mini goal is to attend 9round kickboxing 3x in a week (without feeling like I'm gonna die).
Nothing like the high from going all out punching and kicking (mostly bags, not people )... but I definitely felt like I was dying during my first couple times.8 -
My sister is hosting thanksgiving at her house. This will be the first time I've seen my brother-in-laws side of the family since their wedding over a year ago. I'm really hoping to make my weight loss enough for them to notice.8
-
Ditching the fat jeans. They're a little baggy so I know I've made some progress. I think another 5 pound drop and I'll be there.
Second, to keep getting my 10K steps in daily. I've been able to do this for the last week or so. Shooting on keeping this a doable habit.8
