Looking nice for my boyfriend when he comes to visit me for my birthday. I'll see him in mid-September. I haven't seen him since May!!6

I have a work physical in a few months and my latest goal is to have the doc say "You're in the normal weight range for your height!" 12 pounds to go. It'll be close but I'm going for it!8
-
2 and a half more pounds and i’ll be down to 190 and hit 100 total pounds lost since last Sept when I started working on the weight loss and my birthday is this month so I’m approaching a confluence of goals and celebrations. after that then i’ll have 40 more pounds to go to get to my goal weight. But hitting 100 pounds lost is a major hurdle.14

Getting through this first week....after that, I know it will start getting easier.10
-
Gonna try to drop these last 2 pounds by the end of next month and as a reward if I hit my goal on time I’m going to go get me a shiny new tattoo. 💪4
-
to actually run a 5k again6

I set a mini goal recently to move from the 60's (kilos) to the 50's. Today, I reached 59.4kg!! It's really helped my mindset to break through that.8

I guess I can say it now-to get into the 120’s! I never dreamed that when I started counting/logging that I would get anywhere near that range-a place I haven’t seen since high school. I was just hoping to get back to 150 and have my size 10 jeans fit nicely. At my height, I’ll be comfortably down, and well into a normal BMI.
About 5 more pounds outta do it6 -
I bought me a dragondress, @dhiammarath! I found a vintage American Airlines flight attendant dress (totally street-wearable rather than costumey looking) at the Salvation Army that not only looked too small for me on the rack but is tailored for an hourglass silhouette (not Jayne Mansfield territory, just 'well-proportioned', let's say) whereas I'm an apple. But it was such a great find that I brought it into the dressing room with me, figuring that if it didn't fit and/or work on my body type I could maybe sell it on Etsy.
Imagine my glee when it slid up over my hips! Then it actually buttoned! It's still too sausage-casing-esque at the moment but it's going to work by the time I hit my goal weight! Weird mini-NSV connected to this situation: I think that had I never gained weight this dress wouldn't have worked because back in the day I was a skinny, flat-chested girl. Having gotten fat and then eventually come back down again (I've been between chubby and fat for 20 years) I actually have a bit of boob and hip now.
On the other hand, is it really a win if that is counteracted by melted candle syndrome in my belly area? Not to be negative, just saying. I wish I knew then what I know now about weight maintenance is all ...4 -

@HDBKLM AAIIIEEEEEEEEEE!!!! THAT IS AWESOME! DRAGON-SLAYIN' IS THE BEST FEELIN' EVER!
Congrats!!!!2 -
Adding a mini-goal:
1) In about 2(ish) kg, I will be the lowest I ever got. Beyond that, I'll be blazing unknown trails. This time, I'm not going to let the slower rate of loss derail me (I've learned so much) nor will I let people's "don't lose any more! you're too skinny!" comments keep me from reaching a healthy BMI.
Gosh darnnit, I will have that overweight/obese tag removed from my medical record if I have to slay the biggest dragon in the world to do it!
once I get down to my lowest ever recorded since I gained the weight... I'm going to go dragonpants hunting.8 -
Last year I lost 50 pounds, then I got distracted and regained 15, so I'm spending 100 days re-losing those and focusing on three challenges. 1) No flour 2) A minimum of thirty minutes of exercise daily 3) a work goal.
I'm breaking it down into ten 10 day goals. So my first mini-goal is to finish the first ten days having hit my minimums and having lost two pounds. Day 6 and so far my streaks are in good shape. :-)

starting today, after basically maintaining/ one pound loss for the last month while on road trip vacation.
Big goal: 188 lb by Christmas (stretch goal of by Thanksgiving)
1st mini goal: sub 200 by end of September. I think I'm around 206 and need to get back in the habit of logging measuring, exercising etc. So I think this will take some extra effort to get those habits going again5 -
Embarrassing to say, but I have three pairs of dress pants that fit. I have to get back in my work clothes. I had lost 60 pounds, started weightlifting and not caring much about weight gaining 20 pounds back, like to think mostly muscle. Go by one thing... pants. Time to drop a little pudge. EDIT: To do so I'm meal prepping and nothing but water to drink(except beer for college football).2

Getting into the next 'decade.' I'm 1.7 pounds away and feel like it's taking forever! My weight loss has slowed down as expected, but grrr I want it now. I won't be at goal but mentally I'm itching for it.6

Feeling confident in a swimsuit next summer!7
-
Dropping shirt sizes again6

Just hit the nice psychological milestone of onederland today. The next will put me permanently into onederland and over the two thirds hump.

My girlfriend recently broke up with me and moved out. She called me a fat *kitten* the day before she left and said I look pregnant, and I cant fit in my pants anymore. I want to get ripped and say " But you could have had this you moron" lol...21

Coming off a broken leg and wrenched ankle, motivated to get back to running solid miles. Today was C210K, W1/D2.4
-
Find someone new to dance with. (Hmm, maybe that’s not such a “mini” goal.)3
-
To finish C25k (again), lose 10% of my starting weight, and to log everyday2
-
I'm learning how to swim. I mastered the doggy paddle and am currently working on teaching myself how to freestyle. That's my mini-goal..... freestyle 50meters without drowning.12
-
Get to one month of consistent logging and working out at around 1200 calorie avg. I just hit the two week mark!9
-
1. Lose my belly fat and arm fat.
2. Being able to do a triceps pushup on toes and at least 50 normal pushups by the end of the year. (Right now, I can do triceps pushups only on knees and about 12 standard pushups). Eventually, I want to be able to do a floating handstand. Then I plan to set small goals to work on the side of my core towards the big goal of being able to do a human flag.
3. After about a year of perfect diet, last two months I have been lapsing into bingeing. I got it under control just 2 weeks ago and hope to maintain that.5 -
@Loveabs39 I got the same bar, great piece of kit. How many can you currently do?2
-
Still working on getting back into these dress pants....so close.

Feel your pain. My body likes to hang on to each pound for about 2 weeks. It'll shift.
Mine seems to do that too. Quite frustrating2 -
Wanting to log consistently for more than a week! Logging really works for me2
