  • I just returned to MFP today. 69 year old female with 50+ lbs to loose. Some of the comments above were very inspiring. I enjoy water aerobics, pickleball and walking. Hoping to get some insights from those who have been successful. I know there is no magic pill but I sure am frustrated with the lack of progress.
