  • You are a healthy body weight! And I bet you have been eating quest bars throughout your weight loss just fine. And I can feel bloated, sad and grouchy every month and the scale always jumps up a few pounds. But I stay on my path and it always goes back down. Well done on your progress.
  • Sounds like it’s time for some self-acceptance, self-love and self-care. There is a excellent book called Attached. It’s about attachment theory in adult romantic relationships. If you can find the time as a busy mom, I’d recommend reading it. It may give you some insight into your marriage. Take care of yourself Momma.
  • Congratulations!!! You look just beautiful, healthy and happy. I also love the dark wine coloured lipstick you are wearing. Such a flattering shade for you.
  • I love my Apple Watch and I think it works well with MFP.
  • When I was 12 I desperately wanted to stay at summer camp “forever” because I wanted to keep seeing a boy I liked. I remember the intense feeling well, and I’m thankful we don’t always get what we wish for.
  • I enjoyed CrossFit for about 1.5 years, but I ended up stopping due to my scheduling changing. I’ve taken my CrossFit skills to a regular gym and I’m thankful for that. I loved that it was varied, challenging and the coaches told me what to do! I found it easier to just show up and go with it. I really found improvement…
  • I have never heard of savoury oatmeal. I can’t wait to try this!!
  • Congratulations! You look absolutely beautiful.
  • Yes I do! I probably do daily when I brush my teeth and do my makeup. I haven’t asked my husband, but imagine he doesn’t, haha.
  • Good for you!! You literally took the first step. You are now a runner. Believe it! You don’t have to be running long distances to be “a runner.” Intervals are the best way to start. I once had an incredible high doing a simple shoulder press at CrossFit. I nearly burst into tears from the rush. Enjoy those good feelings…
  • My Apple Watch seems to be accurate for me. I deduct my calories in with my TDEE from my watch to spot check and it always makes sense with my weight loss. I think my fitness activities are easy to estimate though, jogging, walking, cycling.
  • I so agree about a good fitting bra. I had my first bra fitting two years ago and was so surprised to find out I had been wearing the wrong band size my whole life. It was two sizes too big!! I invest in quality bras as well. I even enjoy hand washing them now. Haha
  • Your post makes my heart ache for you. Do this for yourself and no one else because you deserve it. You absolutely can do this. Be proud of the weight you lost after the surgery and continue on. There is a lot of helpful information on MFP and perhaps you could connect with others who have had the same surgery as you. I…
  • What a beautiful body shape! I love that you’ve upgraded your lingerie in the photos too! Great work.
  • Sounds like a great reason to upgrade and celebrate. Congratulations on your success!
  • I can understand wanting to feel like yourself as soon as possible after 9 months of pregnancy, but you really do look absolutely fantastic. Congratulations on baby number 2! Such a special time. Enjoy it.
