  • I get very hot in my face when in keto ( like a blushing felling) not sure about the taste in my mouth, saying that i do get some funny smells from my mouth sometimes. Right now i am on and off the wagon ( finding it hard when kids is off , throws me of my track).
  • If you can get the tuna in oliver oil you will be fine and means you wont need the mayo . You can also get mackerel tin which is in oil or water and 0 sugar.   • When you say tuna, does that mean fresh tuna ot tinned tuna. If tinned you need the oily tuna not the tuna i water, if fresh tuna you alright. Chicken beast it's very fatty you are better of with chicken thighs which if lot more fatty.
  • I use garlic and butter (around 125g )on my chicken thighs but i put it in the own for 45 min . Put the chicken in a deep oven dish and then melt the butter with garlic in the mico oven or over a very low heat ( needs to be fully melted ) pour it all over the chicken and put it in the oven 190f for around 45 min turn ones…

  • Thanks for all your advice. I need to lose around 30 pounds. I will watch my carbs intake to around no more then 30 g. I am starting on Monday as it will fit in with my work hours. ( off for 6 weeks).
  • Just remember if you live in uk , the carbs you see on the package is the right number so dont subtract the fiber from it.
