That's great progress on both fronts. I aspire to the same. Congratulations!!!

WOW!!! I'm sold. Congratulations!

If you go to the exercise diary you can see where the Garmin is reconciling calories with MFP. Click on the info link next to that and the FAQ button to get a more detailed explanation. Below is also a link that explains how it all works.…

Yep, yep and yep. I can relate to so much of this. As someone mentioned, I use weight as a barrier and a protection. I can also be very future focused as in, I'll start dating again as soon as I lose 15 pounds. So, I don't date if I don't lose the weight. My weight serves me in this way. I'm slowly working through so much…

I'm an emotional eater and seeing my family is a big trigger. I had a family visit in October and have struggled ever since and reverted to old habits. Thank goodness for my therapist and ability to continue to process the feelings and see beyond the old pattern and habits. I am also looking at different coping mechanisms,…

I like to walk, take a quick bike ride and do yoga / stretching while watching tv. Sometimes I'll use my rebounder as well.

I bought rollerblades several years ago when I lived in Atlanta. Never used them. Tried them earlier this year and could not get far due to balance and muscle strength. Today I made it 30 minutes in the neighborhood and got a great workout. It wasn't pretty and at times, very unstable. But I did it and can't wait to do it…

This is Cumberland Island, GA. I haven't been there in years but it's absolutely magical. Edit: This is the main road around the island and you can only get there by ferry. They don't allow cars outside of the residents.

Garmin 935. Great connectivity to my phone and I like the versatile workouts. I do sync it with MFP as well. I had a Polar before this and it would keep dropping from my phone which was frustrating since I like the smartwatch part of these type of watches.

Spin class for me today, too!!!

The Bolthouse Caesar Dressing is awesome. Also 45c for 2T.

Yep - the struggle is real. I have the benefit of living in a warm climate (S. Fl) so even if it's dark I can get out for a walk or quick bike ride in the dark. I do tend to use my rebounder more in the winter for when I just don't want to leave the house. Good luck.

Practice by carrying a heavy pack on trails (make sure you use poles). I put blankets and dumbbells in mine on the weekends when I would hike. Be safe and smart as I hurt myself 6 weeks out and only last 10 days on the AT. I've since done several section hikes. Wishing you all the best.

Beautiful. Congratulations.

I'm not familiar with it but have you googled the product and looked at the users manual and FAQs? Might be a place to start.

I can feel your excitement in the post and it makes me happy. Congratulations and I wish you continued success.

Congratulations. You are beautiful!

I moved from OH to NC when I was 12. Everything was so very different and I had a hard time making friends and fitting in. This is when I started using food to soothe, numb and relieve my fears. It was a way to mask emotions I didn't understand and until I began therapy, used food regularly to manage all of life's woes…

Congratulations. That's a great visual.

Good luck. I used to visit in spring every year for the Ukrops 10k.

Can you pause your membership instead of cancelling while you consider other options?

Altered my nicer clothes and donated the rest.

I do my best to fit in foods I like into my daily calories and still create a deficit. I like the recommendations above to look at it weekly as well as to consider how quickly you want to lose the weight. If you do take cheat days, please know it will take longer to lose the weight and can lead to the "It's not working and…

Congratulations on your loss. You're amazing. If you feel good, keep doing it. When I hit a wall, my body told me and I was able to adjust my calories up at that time.

I knew a woman that did IV treatments with glutathione. She loved it. I never tried it because of the expense.
