I'm not familiar with it but have you googled the product and looked at the users manual and FAQs? Might be a place to start.1

Yeah it's something to do with the data being sent ... A difference between kcal & cal ..
I can finish a day & it says I have 80,000 calories remaining0 -

As recently as July no fix apparently in. I don't know how UA prioritize how they work on integration but I wouldn't hold your breath.1 -
I looked it up and see it's a fitness band, I would contact the manufacter for the band and see if they have a tech/repair department for the band. Or better yet google or youtube has losts of help for different products, hope this helps.0

Thanks for this , yeah don't see it getting fixed anytime soon.. makes tracking in mfp difficult .. I'm not convinced my phone counts the steps correctly anyway even if it did work though0 -
The Honor band records 15000 steps which it calculates as 655kcal. It passes this to MFP as calories i.e. 654,392 calories. MFP needs to divide it by 1000. I get annoid with all of the "not getting fixed anytime soon" nonsense - it is a very very very simple fix. The only reason it would be difficult is if all the other synced apps send the calorie data incorrectly i.e. 655 - and that is incorrect as it is kcal and MFP do not want to write a special handler in the driver software. Please fix it!1
