I’m back again after gaining 15lbs as a new teacher at a new school. I’ve been stress eating, exhausted, never-ending hours, etc on top of caring for my 2 kids who have been shuffling from in person to distance learning. Hi all! I’m Alex, 32 year old mom of 2. 5’1” 125lbs I’m at goal weight pretty much. My focus is strength training 3 times a week. Cardio twice a week. I want to build muscle and a booty! Right now I’m at the gym 3-4 times a week but I’d like to increase to 5 times a week. Eat less fast food.

My dec 2020 goal is to lose 3lbs and another 2lbs in Jan. I’m a full time college student, full time single working mom of 2. I need to find time to work out. My diet is pretty decent because we’re poor so not a lot of unhealthy food choices at least.

I currently weigh 140lbs and would like to get down to 138 by 11/30. I had wanted to get down to 132lbs by 12/31 but I think I won’t quite make it, but that is ok. I need to increase my activity, even though I hate cold weather.

8/22/20 Weight: 156lbs I start FMLA on Monday. I’ve had a rollercoaster of emotions but looking to get back on track! I start distance learning with my kids on Monday. Which was very stressful in the spring but I’m hoping it’s better this time around. I’m ready to take walks with my kids and spend lots of quality time…

I lost 20lbs officially today! That was a HUGE goal for me! I have about 20 more to lose! My mini goal to keep me motivated was to fit into my size 10 jeans, which I now do! My next goal is to get down to 158 (out of obese category). I'm currently 164lbs.
