  • My suggested tdee is just over 2,500,I’ve currently got 4 weeks left of a 14 week cut and am looking at loosing maybe another 3-4 pound in that time,I’m consuming just over 2,000 cals a day so I shouldn’t be to far off with that Thanks for the replies
  • I always get up way before my wife & kids whilst we’re away and go for a run on the beach,I love it and find it really tranquil,also it’s great to bag those extra few hundred calories that I can later use to good effect at the dessert table :D

  • I do I have 2 a day mainly but half with each of my 3 main meals and the other half as a snack,if I don’t have the snack I keep it in the fridge as mentioned at the top until the following day
