Today make day 2 for me trying keto. I am really trying stay away from the heavy carb. I love banana and I miss eating them.

Well I must not be doing something right not the right food choices. But I did get more protein in today.

Do my macros % suppose to be 100%at the end of the day. I am never going to make it.
