What’s wrong with sodium if you don’t have a health condition?? Nothing. I get 6-8 grams a day and I’m very “healthy”1

I don't stress sodium, except when I low carb, I increase sodium to about 6000 or more mg a day. And really unless you have high blood pressure, then it shouldn't be a huge issue.
Also, if you are exercising your body needs more sodium.
ETA: The bigger thing is getting adequate potassium and magnesium in your diet as well.2 -
I consume lots of sodium, nothing wrong with it unless you have a health condition like hypertension. Sodium is a necessary and important nutrient.0

Yep I have high blood pressure they just put so much salt in everything these days0

If you want to reduce sodium, prepare your own food, then you can put as little or as much salt in it as you wish.0
