    Just do a search. There are plenty of people on here who follow keto. Weight loss is still about creating a calorie deficit. Best of luck!

    You are looking for Keto. It works if you can maintain a diet with very little carbohydrate. I think most recommend 20 grams or less a day. Personally it didn't work for me but some people swear by it. There are several Keto groups on the boards. Just search for Keto or Low Carb and they will pop up.

    Have been on it since 7/4/18 and have had fantastic results. Lost 9% of my body weight so far, since I also incorporated walking (and a little jogging) into my daily routine.

    Having my annual blood work done today.
    Curious to know how it’s affected my cholesterol & glucose levels.

    Today make day 2 for me trying keto. I am really trying stay away from the heavy carb. I love banana and I miss eating them.

    I've been keto for a few years. The lower my carbs, the better I feel and the easier it is to manage my weight. YMMV
