Can change macros don’t understand it

Do my macros % suppose to be 100%at the end of the day. I am never going to make it.0

Well I must not be doing something right not the right food choices. But I did get more protein in today.0

Just curious -- if you have alcohol, do the carb/fat/protein % still add up to 100% at the end of the day in the MFP app? I don't use the nutrition tracker on the app much (I prefer looking at grams on the web version), and I don't drink alcohol that often, so I haven't ever observed the phenomenon myself.0 -
