The picture doesn't do these, but I made these egg bites and consistency is very similar to Starbucks. They have nonfat plain Greek yogurt and cottage cheese in them. I loaded them up with veggies (peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, spinach) and Turkey sausage.

I wish I liked cottage cheese! I cannot get past the texture. I'm currently obsessed with egg bites from Starbucks made with egg whites and roasted red peppers. I also like to get the steamable frozen zoodles (zucchini noodles), add tomato sauce and Turkey meatballs.

That's a nice place to start. I am sure all those small bouts of walking add up. I do not have a fitness watch but was planning to get one for my bday soon - that's beside the point. I will give your walking advice a try though.

Have you tried sheet pan fajitas? Look it up online. You basically throw all the ingredients on a sheet pan and bake. They turn out just as good as grilled in my opinion.

Yesterday, August 6th - 60 min walk. Meeting my goal of 5 workouts for the first week of August. I did a 45 min walk today. Putting me at 6 workouts.

I am new to this group and have just started my weight loss journey 3 weeks ago on here. My goal is to workout/walk 5 days a week. It will probably be most outdoors, or using Leslie Sansone or Jessica Smith workouts. Excited to be joining this group. Hopefully it will keep me consistent.
