I've been so rubbish at logging this week - having a bit of a 'mental health' week but feel like I'm coming out the other side so will be back to logging again on Monday. Hope everyone is doing okay this week x

Yummy new lunch tried today - puy lentils, green beans, sliced chicken breast, boiled egg with a light dressing of olive oil, red wine vinegar and dijon mustard!! Very tasty!

The pesto was rocket walnut and a little bit of parmesan :) then with brown spaghetti. I get my recipes from Happy Kitchen by Rachel Kelly, and Hairy Dieters :)

Work has been super stressful this week and with other 'mental health' issues I've been struggling to log properly but on the positive side I've cooked some yummy healthy meals this week! :)

Thank you for the tips!! It's all gone a bit quiet on here - how has the week gone for everyone? Mine's been okay - busy at work and the weather is getting more autumnal which I love as it's my favourite season! :)

Good Evening (or morning/afternoon!) I've been taking noodles to work for lunch coz they're quick and easy but want to cut my calories a bit and wondered if any of you had any healthy suggestions for lunches that I could take to work?!

:) I definitely need support- not been great a tracking everything food wise and put on weight over my holiday so back to square one again but the important thing is that we don't beat ourselves up about it! Be kind to yourself! :)

I was so determined to be back on it this week with logging my food and failed miserably BUT I'm not going to beat myself up over it - every day is a new chance to start again:)

Back to work today after a lovely two week holiday - looking forward to getting back to logging my food!

I'm totally off target with my eating as on holiday but I'll be back on it when I return! Trying not to feel guilty and am accepting a couple of extra pounds in weight gain but having a lovely time!

Today was first day back at work following my staycation and it went well!

Today's awesomeness is that I managed to sleep for 12 hours! This never happens anymore as I am often awake mega early at the weekends! Feeling refreshed!

And today is a chilled out day with the family we have visiting! Maybe a visit to an art exhibition later for something cultural! My mother in law is cooking for us this evening - it's been a difficult week food wise and its harder to eat healthy when you have people visiting and others cooking but I've decided not to let…

Today I'm feeling positive about over eating with family yesterday as i just logged the 4 hours of walking I did which has kinda helped balance it all out! :)
