Today mark our first snow of the season. It didn’t stick and was over quickly, but it’s here! I’ll probably bundle up and go for a walk anyway though1

Made Christmas cards and caught up with a friend who just came back from 3 weeks out of state. Yes, I am making Christmas cards in late September smile: That way I can actually enjoy what I am making instead of starting in Nov with the holiday stress/pressure!
I always did mine early too when I was doing them. Now I am into wood slice Christmas ornaments that I sell at craft fairs.1 -

I spent the weekend in Colorado’s wine valley riding a bike from vineyard to vineyard eating and drinking way too much. I didn’t track calories or activity and just enjoyed myself. Today... back to reality.

Today was the first day in a while that I took a walk. Weather was crisp and the leaves are falling. I love the sound of leaves crunching under my feet.1

Ohhh my goodness me too! I cannot be trusted with a package of Oreos! Or Vienna Fingers for that matter. Both are my trigger foods. Everything else, meh okay "one and done" but Oreos forget it! Especially double-stuffed. *drools*0 -
Today I helped on another aircraft, instead of going to the break room and chilling on my butt for a few hours. I'm making an effort to be more present in my own life!2

I've been so rubbish at logging this week - having a bit of a 'mental health' week but feel like I'm coming out the other side so will be back to logging again on Monday. Hope everyone is doing okay this week x3

Got a busy weekend out coming up, but I'm not gonna let it derail my diet. Brunch and a party on Saturday, then going to NY Jets stadium to cheer on my Vikings, I'm so excited!
Run today after work, then a weekend of lifting. Gotta get that outdoor running in before it gets too cold.1 -
