i have to admit, i eat what i crave ...but just mini sizes and i savor every bite...1 slice of pizza, 1 mini or fun size chocolate..1 piece of bread...etc..sometimes, like the others, i gotta have the real thing..:)

I was doing this myself. I had tons more calories to "eat" for days but what I found out was that I was going over my carb intake. i dont cut out anything...but i do everything i can in moderation...i like the fun size candies when i want something sweet but there are also a lot of healthier options if you want more than sweets...maybe you can make yourself some low carb goodies??? It's my mom's bday tomorrow and i m making her an italian cream…

I hope you figure this out soon..It's no fun not feeling well when you think you are doing all the right things. What does your trainer think? and from what your doctor said, has the doctor ran more tests to get you answers you are looking for?? Good luck!

I am a dessert lover...i don't eliminate them on my food plan but do limit the calorie and sugar filled ones..I do however make home made favorites that I healthify (?) ...there are so many recipes online that you can make OR re-do the ones you like, gingersnaps you said, so that you can have them once in awhile :)

Although I eat pretty much everything I want, there are cheat meals for me to keep my sanity going..LOL...i do try not to make my cheat meal, a cheat day though..and the next day, i work harder to try and salvage the rest of the week...

Great job!! How is it that you look like you don't have loose skin?? I have lost 55 lbs so far on this health quest and I have loose skin everywhere to the point that I am contemplating on skin removal surgery.
