my favorite is sloppy joes. take 1 pound ground turkey, 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, and 1 red pepper. slap chop the veggies, and saute till soft. then add in meat and brown. when its all cooked add 1 cup of your favorite bbq sauce, mine is sweet baby rays. serve on a whole wheat bun and YUMMY!!

I was wondering the same thing. We are cruising the Magic in Jan. From what i read on other cruise sites is that there are healthy options available in the MDR, Steer clear of the buffets, unless you have great willpower.

the subway website has a feature that lets you pick your sub and your veggies and it will calculate it all for you. It was a little different than what is on MFP. Also i opt for no cheese or mayo and instead add sweet onion sauce (0 calories)

look at skinnytaste.com. They have wonderful tasting chicken recipes. I especially love the chicken enchiladas and the chicken taco chili.

yea its definitely DOMS, my arms class was tues and legs was thursday. technically should have ran last night, but i could barely move. its not injury pain, just soreness, and i did notice at the yoga class, i didnt hurt as bad once i got warmed up. I go to an all ladies gym, not a waste of money at all. A friend and i go every evening to the classes and we also have access to the entire gym, tanning, sauna, and free daycare. Its well worth the money. Easier to stick to it if you have a workout buddy!

My gym has an infrared sauna and its wonderful. Dr Oz claims it lowers blood pressure, aids in detox, and many more health benefits. He even said that 30 min in there can burn up to 600 calories. I personally love the dry sauna, it feels so good on all my joints and is a great sweat!

I.C.E Ice it for 20 min on then 20 min off. Compression, Wear an ace bandage when walking around. Elevation, when your icing it elevate it above the level of your heart. Take a rest day, and hopefully it should be feeling better the next day!
