Me: 21 LNS: 8 Major sugar binge last night. First one in month so I don't mind too much as long as it doesn't happen again for a good while. My goal for this evening is to finish November strong and to stay within my calorie allowance.

@dewit - I'm so impressed! You've really upped your game - 1 in 10 is brilliant! So what will your goal be for December?

Me: 20 LNS: 7 Today I’m off on holiday for a week and will not be doing my own cooking. I’m looking forward to the challenge of resisting all the potential opportunities I’ll have to overindulge. Especially in the evening! Really want to stay strong and not completely go off track. Whatever happens I promise I will keep…

@dewit - Well done! Gingerbread Man lives another day! Me: 19 LNS: 7 Two evenings in a row without cravings! I wonder, can I keep this going? Fingers crossed. :-)

Monday morning weigh-in: 5th Nov: 130 12th Nov: 129 19th Nov: 127.5 26th Nov: 128.5 To be expected since I stuffed my face one too many times the past week. But I also started strength training so maybe some of the weight gain is water weight. Hoping I can back on track this week.

Me: 18 (yay!) LNS: 7 Tried a new thing last night: doubled my protein for dinner (2 salmon files instead of one) and added another 100g of sweet potatoes. Super yummy and totally filled me up BUT I still had this niggling need for something more. Thankfully I'd saved half of my morning smoothie and after I finished it I…

Week 3 - Monday morning weigh-in: SW, 5th Nov: 130 12th Nov: 129 19th Nov: 127.5 26th Nov: 128.5 New Year 2019 Goal: 120 Was expecting a possible weight gain as I overate on more than one occasion this past week. Been super bloated lately and also just started strength training so I'm hoping some of the weight is water. My…

Me: 17 LNS: 7 I've been struggling these past few days and even when I don't give in to cravings I habitually eat way passed the point of fullness. Not sure why I have this need to feel superfull in the evening after dinner when it's never an issue with breakfast or lunch.

ME: 13 LNS: 5 Soup! I totally wanted more food after dinner last night and even though I knew it was weigh-in day the next morning I was still toying around with the idea of making some rice and beans. But instead I decided to have a cup of the butternut squash soup I had made earlier in the day. And wouldn't you know, it…

ME: 11 LNS: 5 Tired + TV = Over Eating There was no stopping me last night from having two can of beans for "dessert". Wish I had just gone to bed instead.

Me: 10 LNS: 4 Focusing on eating enough calories so I don't end up with crazy, uncontrollable cravings. I'm finally starting to realise how I've had a pattern of under eating when I'm in healthy eating mode and it always ends up with me wondering why all of a sudden my appetite goes through the roof and all I want to do is…

@biketheworld - Well, yesterday the beans won! Man, do I love beans!!! :p Made the mistake of allowing myself to watch TV whilst having dinner and just kept eating. Felt like "I needed" the extra carbs because my muscles have been feeling so sore lately. The lies we tell ourselves... Me: 7 LNS: 4

You're not alone. Whenever I up my protein beyond a certain point I always end up waking up in the middle of the night to pee. It's part of the reason I don't do high protein diets anymore.

Well done Jan! That's great progress! I'll be happy with half of that when I weigh myself Monday morning. And on a side-note, that's one gorgeous horse you've got.

I'm a little late to join, but I keep a log of whenever I overeat in the evenings so as of today this is where I'm at: Me: 6 LNS: 3 Yesterday I had just had my dinner and decided to watch a bit of telly before bed and, BANG - Hello, cravings! So, I think: "I've been eating under my calorie limit for the past few days and I…

Dito! I want to stay on track and not go back to jo-jo-ing the way I have in the past. It'd be great to connect with others that also need some help with sticking to their goals.
