Gah! darn hormones - I expected this week's gain from past experience, but it still annoys me when my efforts don't show in the numbers (in the big picture, I'm sure it will all work out).2 -

I’m usually a daily weigher, besides this week! And damn, it made me anxious! I was sure I had put weight on, regardless of me staying below calories. Trust the system! Just under 7lbs to go before new year!

Definitely a first week whoosh there, rather than any actually dramatic results! I think the change in diet from last week to this was bound to cause what looks like a big drop.1 -

I’ve been in the low 130’s, high 120’s this summer but the past couple of weeks I’ve gone off the rails and haven’t tracked a thing, I feel like my clothes are tight and it’s very uncomfortable. My main goal is to be 130 by my bday(December 11th), but I do want to continue until I reach 125.2 -

My Wednesday is going good! But I’m so sore... don’t my first pole fitness class yesterday and I’m aching, big time. Managed my run this morning still and so far, this week is going good and the rest of it will too!3

Being unwell for the last couple weeks 😥. Didn't track consistently nor done much excersize due to horrible coughing fits all the time 😖.
Finally feeling better today, and get bk on track...first day back at gym it is tonight.
Yeah, did put a few pounds bk on sigh, but no more. 6 weeks to go till year's end eeek!

The wheels fell off a bit yesterday! Had been going great for over a week but did have a bit of a binge yesterday (although honestly, nothing like the previous few weeks so I guess that's progress of a sort lol). Feeling very much on the edge today.... damn hormones!2
