    Down=1 lb. (for the goal of lossing 10 lb. by New Years)

    Just finished another level 2 30 Day Shred workout...man that was a struggle today. I had to stop several times to catch my breath and almost had a panic attack during! I don’t know what’s wrong with me, maybe it’s pms fatigue and hormones. I just feel very weak and exhausted, mentally and physically. Does that happen to any of you ladies before your period?

    That can happen to me any time. Generally speaking, yeah, workouts can feel more focused and strong in the follicular phase...

    Great job with the 30DS! That was my first workout DVD. I completed it in 37 days, and felt amazing! Some of my progress pics in my profile are from doing that program! You are rocking it!

    Getting closer! Not too sure I'll get to that 140 by the new year, but happy to be heading in the right direction. A lot more events in the coming weeks might make progress even slower, but I'll be trying to at least keep portions small and only eat the things I love instead of All The Things just because they are there.
