Focusing on eating enough calories so I don't end up with crazy, uncontrollable cravings. I'm finally starting to realise how I've had a pattern of under eating when I'm in healthy eating mode and it always ends up with me wondering why all of a sudden my appetite goes through the roof and all I want to do is eat. Thanks to logging my calories I now know when I don't eat enough.0 -

What I've found that helps me is to drink some water when I get these "hunger" feelings at night. Helps most of the time. If that doesn't work, I will eat some pickles or make a salt infused and Mio flavored drink. Usually, the feeling goes away after that.1 -
