I revised my MFP diary. It was set for 1500 cals/day - but changed some goals/profile etc and now it's set at 1,790, which I think is much more realistic. I also never enter my workouts/runs but have it set to determine "exercise points" based off my pedometer. So yesterday, I ran 5 miles, but only 283 cals were credited into my diary. I like doing it that way because I have a tendency to under-estimate the calories I eat and over-estimate the calories I burn.
I also downloaded an app - "streaks" - and will check off every day I can complete my diary and be under the 1,790 calorie limit. I'm also tracking each night I avoid late-night snacking, and aim to do 1 minute of planks each day.1 -
@YogiCece - I'm with you - I LOVE black beans. I even grew some in the garden a few years ago. But....too much work shelling them etc. so I never did it again.1
