I am totally with you there. I have been here a year, made good strides (over -80lbs down) but could of been better. I just started keto, which is going great my 1st week. I want to lose as close to 24 lbs as possible by the holidays. Keto and working out seem to be my weight loss jam...so I look forward to the holidays…

I know for me, 2nd to working out, salt and sugar play a BIG role in my weight loss. Try restricting them, and see how it goes coupled with eating sensibly and working out. Taking out the processed food seriously helps on that count. Good luck hon =)

I would donate my everyday items like tee's, sneakers and sweats. If it was a nice suit, dress, blouse or coat I would resell it on Posh, very easy. I always keep my good bra's (those are too expensive). During my life I have gone up in down in bra size from a C (as a teen) to a DDD to an F and back, so I never get rid of…
