Trying to get back to the old me :)

Hi, my names Krystal!
I’m from Illinois. I’ve used MFP before but I stopped using it for a while. I’m looking to get back to my old weight but it’s been hard for me. I’ve always been a foodie but I’ve never gained this much weight and I knew it’d catch up to me. I’m learning how to cook healthy meals!
