My plan is to rebuild the muscles in my right quads so that I can do some good cardio. I fell after having front and rear spinal fusion (S1-T10) and tore all the quad muscles in a "Z" pattern across my right leg and over stretched the patellar tendon on the same leg. April 1 I plan to start pool walking.

I just have buds now on almost all my deciduous shrubs and trees. I am near the Cascades myself. I agree and think Spring is just around the corner.

Skrilus - I would start by weighing your food until such time that you can accurately eyeball your portions. I started entering my foods in MFP a week in advance so that I knew my caloric and nutrient measures before I ate any food. I always thought I was doing good until I started measuring... With regard to exercise, you…

lx1x generally speaking it is sauces and usually have added butter or cream. I'm not so worried about tomato or spaghetti sauces as much.

Do you get jittery when you take it?

deannafisher, we are at 2,300 mg per day right now as my sodium intake before was shameful. Our goal is to get around 1,900 mg per day.

Best to you.

Thanks manderson27. I feel the same way. I was hoping that premium would enable me to be able to export my diary for the week so that I can see my macro-nutrients totals for the week. I guess I can always enter them in MSExcel each day.
