What should my macros be?
I’m 4’ 10” at 121 lbs ; I’m trying to lose 20 lbs; and have a very small frame.

50% carbs 40% protein 20% fat 1200 calories and I’m 4:11 seems to work for me3

Macros are pretty much personal preference. Nothing wrong with starting with the mfp defaults. Many of us look at the protein and fat numbers as goals to exceed and let carbs fall where they may. As you log, if you start to see a pattern where one macro being high or low affects your appetite or satiety, tweak your goals. Most people find one or some combo of protein, fat, and fiber filling.
