Preferably for cardio. It gives you that extra boost to keep moving & energy to carry on steadily throughout the workout. Works great.
C4 can be purchased at Walmart.

    It's acually waaay cheaper to buy the bulk ingredients separately and compound things yourself extemporaneously...what I do with the actual good ingredients using the correct doses. Would argue citrulline maleate over AAKG too...

    1 serving is underdosed...
