Preferably for cardio. It gives you that extra boost to keep moving & energy to carry on steadily throughout the workout. Works great.

I also get my "pre-workout" at Walmart... but it's candy (Sweetarts, Nerds, Haribo candy..yumm), and I only use it before my lifting sessions, never cardio.5

Those are sub-optimal doses of creatine and beta alanine; that's basically an over-hyped and over-priced 5 hour energy.5 -

It's acually waaay cheaper to buy the bulk ingredients separately and compound things yourself extemporaneously...what I do with the actual good ingredients using the correct doses. Would argue citrulline maleate over AAKG too...
