The exact same thing happened to me. My friends were all supportive of my weight loss, at first, but quickly started to turn on me. I noticed it when I was losing, at a healthy rate, and they started to gossip amongst each other that I had an eating disorder - I didn't, but they knew I had one in high school. They also…

Not going to the gym when you're sick I completely agree with but places like work/school is more difficult. I've never taken a day off work even if I am sick because my work doesn't have sick days and since I'm just a student and only work part time I can't afford to take a day off. I can take days off from college, yes,…

I agree with Tavistock Toad. It may be in your best interest to speak to your treatment team, maybe even a therapost before things get out of control. I used to be the exact same way. I used to struggle with an eating disorder where I would starve all day and binge at night. It took a while to break the cycle and I…

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is around 126lbs. I'm currently around 170lbs and I feel like 126lbs is an attainable goal for me. My goal weight used to be 112lbs but I feel like that's just too small for me and I think I would be more comfortable with my new goal. I think it all depends on you and how you feel regarding your…

If you haven't spoken to a doctor or a therapist it may be best to start there. They will be better to speak to and help you start your recovery as not everyone here is a medical professional

As much as wish there was some magic pill or amazing secret to help with weight loss, sadly. Apple cider vinegar doesn't really impact anything or help to contribute to weight loss.

1. To become healthier and it to help my asthma 2. I wanted to feel more confident and happy with my body and my looks 3. I genuinely started to do it for aesthetic reasons, to look cute in certain clothes

I'm 22, 5'4" and looking to lose around 50lbs. I've lost around 6lbs so far and about an inch on both my waist and hips. I usually go to the gym 3 days a week and mainly do weight training and some cardio. I used to be on here a lot but I took a break for about 8 months or so and I am determined to get back on track again!

I can't drink cofee since it gives me migraines and makes me feel sick. It's just ironic that I'm a fully trained barista and work in a coffee shop

You can still eat bread and still lose weight, it just depends on what type bread you're eating. Wholemeal bread or seeded bread will be a lot better for you than white bread

I'm 22 and I have 47 pounds to lose. I've been on mfp for about 2 years or so. I've gained back most of the weight that I had lost after changing jobs numerous times, starting college again and becoming more comfortable in my relationship. I want to get back into fitness and losing weight so feel free to add me!
