Last weigh in I was 78. This weigh in 21st Feb today.. I'm 77.8 Not sure if I'll get to my goal of 76 by the end of the month but I'm so happy with my progress so far

I did an hours Hiit class and a an hour of yoga afterwards. It was great! But how do you add hiit into your diary? How do I calculate calories burned?
