No way am I eating at or anywhere near maintenance. I know the MFP rules/guidelines on these matters so I'm not going to say what my daily calorie intake is but it is NOT maintenance. For weight loss, tgere is no "proper diet to exercise ratio", just a sensible calorie deficit. Exercise is great for health but not necessary for weight loss.

I've been regularly checking the online appointment system and my original doctor now has appointments free for 16th September. I've booked one 👍 BMI is still 15.9 but I'm expecting a change tomorrow.

I've just had an email from the hospital, my doctor has had to cancel the appointment (no explanation why) and there's only 1 other psychiatrist on the online booking system. He's got no appointments until October. Today's BMI is 15.9

I just noticed that the values you gave are a bit lower than mine. I'm tempted to use yours 😁 Your 368 cal's would be for dry weight and the 164 cal's would be for boiled weight. My dry weight values are taken from the packaging and the boiled values are from the same chickpeas.
