Argh!! My app logged as a “workout” instead of a gps run so I have all these people liking my alleged workout of 68 calories instead of 3+ miles. 68 calories. 🙄

To go for a run in the rain or not go for a run in the rain, that is the question. I have a lunch planned with a friend later, and if I go for a run in the rain I can have an awesome entrée or a nifty dessert. Well I guess there’s my answer.

Forestfreak do you run on trails, or just like woods? I am easily seduced by a new trail going off into the woods. I ran today and feel very satisfied with myself. Now if I can not just snack back all those extra calories burned I’ll be all set (as I sit here with a 4oz of Chardonnay).

I think what you’re saying is you’re looking for more “real” engagement. Hard to find. I will try though. Who doesn’t need a boost from a real person. And boosting others is the whole point. By lifting others we lift ourselves.
