Please reconsider “gaining “ on your cruise. You have done so well to get where you are. Maybe think about it as maintenance and that gives you more calories to treat yourself without resetting your thought process that helped you get to your goal.

My biggest change in eating has been by creating a 12 hour fasting window. I know it’s short but I have consistently lost and I’m 71. I used to eat a lot in the evening and sometimes at night, but I have stayed with a 12 hour fast. It’s worth a try for you.

I would like to be cool instead of hot and 43 pounds hasn’t changed that yet. My old tummy is somewhat saggy but getting better and at least can be tucked into a lightweight shaper to look good, I’m long past bikini bottoms. My double chin is gone and my wedding ring fits well. It’s all good.

There are lots of good diet friendly recipe sites - skinny taste, pound dropper, etc. maybe choose one new recipe a week and divide into single servings. Freeze the extras and soon you will have a good supply in your freezer. Tell us about your favorites.

I have started wearing a fitness tracker that can be set to remind me to move every hour. Just getting off my chair and taking a short walk added to my regular walks and swimming has helped a lot.

Grandkids are a great incentive. I want to take hikes with them, and play hide and seek. Getting there one pound at a time.
