    Age is just a number. I say take on outdoor sports for so you can have your grandkids join you. Biking, kayaking, hiking anything that gets everyone outside and active.

    Grandkids are a great incentive. I want to take hikes with them, and play hide and seek. Getting there one pound at a time.
