Trying Intermittent Fasting, anyone had get results with this method?

    My default eating is like IF. I usually don't eat until 11 am and I'm usually done eating for the night at 4 or 5 pm. That's a 6 hr eating window. The typical IF eating window is 16:8, aka an 8 hr eating window.

    There's nothing magic about IF. I can gain weight while eating in a 6 hr window. I can lose weight. I still need to count calories to lose consistently.

    My biggest change in eating has been by creating a 12 hour fasting window. I know it’s short but I have consistently lost and I’m 71. I used to eat a lot in the evening and sometimes at night, but I have stayed with a 12 hour fast. It’s worth a try for you.
