  • Lack of vitamin D and/or B12. Culprits of being veg. Doc can probably prescribe it.

  • I think he's gaining muscle and losing fat. Muscle weighs more so the body weight scale isn't moving as much. Just keep it up. You both are doing well. And I love how both of you are on this journey together and support each other. Partner goals :)
  • Fruits are high in sugar so maybe not the best idea as a meal. Fruits as snack or side of meal is good idea. Also I would not feel full if I only had fruits for dinner. It's best to have a balanced meal like roti and vegetables and daal. If you are concerned about calories just eat less roti.
  • You are doing everything right. Weigh urself in 5 weeks I promise you will see the weight difference. Usually I don't see a weight difference in myself every week...but every month yes!!

  • I take a tablespoon of acv with a glass of water when I can't control my cravings. It kills my hunger spells so I eat less. It does make me feel full and stop thinking about food...maybe it's a mental thing??? I do this once a week when I feel the need.
  • Vegetarian all my life. I get protein from beans and lentils and yogurt and cottage cheese my fav snack.

  • We have similar stats and goals. I also have 1200 cal goal. Some days I burn 400 cal doing cardio and eat back 200 Cals so I get it eat 1400 that day.
