I didn't quite hit the 310 mark that I wanted to, but I'm not incredibly discouraged by it. I've dropped a total of 88 lbs since the beginning of April and I'm incredibly happy with that progress so far. I'm anxious to see where things are a year from now.

I haven't posted in a little while as I was just generally forgetful and had been doing other things. Other than that I've continued to try to keep focused. It was pretty hard here and there but in general, it has been going decently well.

I would take a look into something called Keto-adaptation which might explain what you're going through. It may take a little longer to get into the swing of things, but with some time it should start to get easier. At least, that's what I'm assuming. I could be completely wrong but that's my best guess!

From what I've personally experienced - Keto isn't anything that it's feasible to hop in and out of on a whim I don't think. It definitely is something you really need to stick with. I weigh the ingredients prior to cooking. Especially so when it comes to raw meat. Not because I don't know if there's a drastic difference, I just find it easier as I'm getting everything together.

I tried wearing a fitness tracker for some time and it left a red band around my skin that was generally uncomfortable. That said, I do like to have a way to monitor things, but I don't have the funds for one of the nicer ones at the current moment. If I do try again, it'll likely be a Garmin, though.
