I'm back for another round! My weigh-in days will be on Wednesday and I am hoping to be under 145 by the end of May. We will see how it goes though, I have a lot of traveling and events going on this month!

My Birthday Coming up on the 10th. Mother’s Day on the 12th. Lord, give me strength! I just want temporary celebrations to stay temporary & my healthy controlled lifestyle to shine through!

Made my May goal weight! Forgot to post yesterday, so adding weight for today as made my goal Tues, but then went up Wed and now back down today :-) After the plateau at the beginning of the month happy to see the consistent weekly losses.

Goal by end of May - 141.3 Seems reasonable to lose 4 lbs in a month

I'll take this challenge.... Started a day late but I don't think one day will hurt me.
April 2018 weight was 246lbs, my goal was always been 180 lbs. I've slipped some in the winter months, now I'm geared up to knock this out.
1st week. Extremely low carb /IF for the first week. The first 10lbs is always ez for me after a long layoff. The 3rd and 4th week will be tough. We'll see.
Update: I got called out on an emergency job in Phoenix Arizona, hope to be back by May 22.
Well the May Challenge kicked my butt or should I say ribs. On my last update, I said I got called to Phoenix for a few days on a emergency job. And while on that job I took a fall and cracked a rib or two. So I've been nursing my ribs ever since, I'm just now getting to where a sneeze doesn't hurt. I've gained some weight back since I've been down and unable to work or exercise. So I'm totally bummed about it. But I'm going to take June off and recuperate, so I can try again in July.
Congratulations to all the weight lost members, and the ones that didn't lose anything, don't give up. I'm not. 👍👍

Last day of the month, so updating weight from yesterday. Almost made my May goal weight; the plateau at the beginning of the month did not help :-(. Next month will be challenging with two week long trips and no gym classes, but hope to reach my half-way point to goal weight next month.
