I like this change! Although I am not sure its accurate as I didnt eat much yesterday so its probably inflated. We will see what happens the next two days.
On the bright side, I suprised my neighbor by being able to dig out a bunch of tree stumps on our property line. He underestimated little me doing it. I am getting a lot stronger!3 -

I'm SO close... I just might make my goal weight for the month, as I tend to cycle through sheds of up to 1lb/week then 2-3 lbs/week and this was an early morning weigh-in for me vs being up and moving around for an hour before weighing. We'll see... No matter what, I'm happy with my continued path of shedding weight and gaining stamina & health.6 -

Bummed. A loss is still a loss but 7.2 lbs? I used to lose that in a week. I am almost 40 and things are difficult for me now. Sucks but I will take it. Taking my work outs to a different level starting in June.5 -

Hey, just remember: lose it fast if you want it to be temporary. Lose it slow if you want it to last. 7.2 lbs is great! That is a huge win!7 -

I'm back for another round! My weigh-in days will be on Wednesday and I am hoping to be under 145 by the end of May. We will see how it goes though, I have a lot of traveling and events going on this month!

May 08: 193.8 Cruising right along. Working hard at this. Night time is toughest but I’m managing my way through it. Funny how the strong times will disappear & reappear without warning. My Birthday Coming up on the 10th. Mother’s Day on the 12th. Lord, give me strength! I just want temporary celebrations to stay temporary & my healthy controlled lifestyle to shine through!
