I like this change! Although I am not sure its accurate as I didnt eat much yesterday so its probably inflated. We will see what happens the next two days.

On the bright side, I suprised my neighbor by being able to dig out a bunch of tree stumps on our property line. He underestimated little me doing it. I am getting a lot stronger!

Bummed. A loss is still a loss but 7.2 lbs? I used to lose that in a week. I am almost 40 and things are difficult for me now. Sucks but I will take it. Taking my work outs to a different level starting in June.

Hey, just remember: lose it fast if you want it to be temporary. Lose it slow if you want it to last. 7.2 lbs is great! That is a huge win!

I know you are right. Thank you for making me feel better. <3

Forward progress even if it's not quite getting to the goal. I'm hopeful that I may get juuuuust under 140 in the next 2 days. I saw it one or two days but I've been pretty bloated the last few days.

My name is Donna. I am 58/59 years young, Happy Birthday to me on May 10th!!!
5’ 5” tall and from the Midwest.

I will be weighing on the first and last day of the month for a full monthly account.

    May Goal wt: 190.8

    April 30 STARTING WEIGHT197.0
    May 01: 196.8
May 08: 193.8 Cruising right along. Working hard at this. Night time is toughest but I’m managing my way through it. Funny how the strong times will disappear & reappear without warning. My Birthday Coming up on the 10th. Mother’s Day on the 12th. Lord, give me strength! I just want temporary celebrations to stay temporary & my healthy controlled lifestyle to shine through!
May 15: 192.6 Trying to stay on a downward trend. The flu helped. Now that I’m feeling better, it’s all on me again!
    May 22: 194.6
May 29: 194.6 No change which is good after a Holiday. 2 more days to do better. I won’t make goal but I need to keep on keepin’ on!

May start wt: (April 30th) 179.6
    May Goal wt: 170

    May 1: 178.5
May 8: 178.5 (Switched shifts night to day for a bit, schedule wrecked havoc on my routine. Impressed I came about to the same.)
May 15:171.7 Think I was really dehydrated after about 20 miles in two days, so this weight loss might be artificially high. (It was +2 the following day)
    May 22:170.4
May 29: 165.9 (Expecting a few pounds back tomorrow since I lost 3 pounds of likely water weight in 24 hours)

May weight loss: 13.7 pounds. Time to start slowing this loss down. Top end of healthy weight for my height is within a stones throw at this point.
