You took the first step in recongnizing you need a lifestyle change to loose weight and be healthier. Cut calories slowly (i.e. if you eat 5,000 calories a day cut it down to 3,500 then 2,000 then maybe 1,500). Eat healthy, stay away from processed foods if you can, and exercise. You can do this! Unfortunately didn't do much exercise today (just came back from vacation late last night) but tomorrow planning on kickboxing class! Plus walking there and back (about 20min each way).
