Day 1

So day one started yesterday. I started an insta page for motivation. I did well yesterday. Today I work out and am looking forward to it. I feel like it is easier when I have all my meals planned. This is like the ZILLIONTH time I am doing this. I got this!

    I have found preplanning meals so important. There are occasional adjustments, but preplanning helps me match calories in withe the activity I have planned for the day. Makes sure that I don"t run out of energy before the end of the day and that I stay within calorie allotment. This allowed me to lose 50+ pounds on 6 months. I continue this in maintenance too.
