Has anyone had success with using Slim Fast in addition to this app?

    I tried the slim fast diet before and was left hungry most of the time. You're better off making your own meals. You know exactly what's going into your food and you won't be hungry all the time! Feel free to add me as a friend!

    When I tried Slim Fast in the 90's, this app didn't exist.

    But I had zero success with Slim Fast.

    I have to actually chew real food to feel full.
