  • They have mowed lawn and housework as exercise. I always feel I burn more calories than they give me after mowing the yard in the summer sun but I would rather underestimate than overestimate

  • Ate a bit too much yesterday and scale came up to 206. Good lord. That’s a big jump from one day of crappy eating. Lol. Back at it today.
  • Little bit of a splurge yesterday. My son wanted to make chicken bombs (he’s learning to cook). Not the healthiest meal but it sure was tasty and I ate a little so not to go overboard.
  • We buy Bob Evans mashed potatoes. They are in the cold section or deli depending on which Walmart I’m at. They are actually close to the real thing and they cook in the microwave. Super easy!

  • My son had a big fall today and cracked his head. We are on concussion watch. So he got to pick dinner tonight.
